Consume less, add more vegetables, use low-fat recipes and substitutes 



3- Be Smart When Eating Out 

Check calories, decrease portion size, watch out for desserts,  order grilled or broiled



4- Decrease Intake 

Consume less, decrease portion size, eat fewer empty calories, replace high calorie and sugar drinks with water



5- Increase Energy Output
